Maybe our new house

So we are going to move to Monterey Califonia soon.
It has been really hard to find a place to live, but I love this place.
I think that it has a lot of potential.
What do you think?

P.S. Nice music video

Introducing Madisen!!

Madisen Breanna Williams (My new Niece)
8lbs. 20 inches
was born yesterday around 11:35.
She has a full head of hair,
cute chubby cheeks
long long fingers and toes
and already TONS of facial expressions!
And she told me that I am already her
favorite Aunt.

The pictures are kind of bad because of the lighting

Madisen with her favorite aunt.

This picture is to make Dad jealous.
Look at all her hair!

This was by the elevator... ohh good they have
Bronchiolitis patients on the same floor as the
new borns!

Balloon and Flowers we got for

Back from the dead....

Hello we are back from the dead!!
St. George is great....well.
The Economy is really bad right now so it has been
really hard to find any jobs here.
So far Boo has found a job,
but after a million applications I am jobless....
but hopeful!
When we are not pulling out our hair from lack
of jobs we have been....

Playing with the dogs. This one is my sister
Crissy's dog Porter. So far he has french kissed me and
urinated on my foot. I think it might be love...

Fishing with my dad.
Here's Juny Ju with her new best friend Casey.

After my Dad caught trout and cooked it I
discovered I am not a fish racist. I love
all fish Korean or American.

This is my Mom's old wedding dress. I forced Boo
to take the picture from the waist up for
viewer satisfaction.

I also discovered not to put icing on a hot
cake. It seems I have inherited my mother's
cooking after all.

Porter, Casey and Juny hanging out on Mother's day.

Crissy and Madison on mother's day.
Madison is already like her favorite Aunt...
late and big 10lbs (all muscle)! Hopefully
the senior citizen nurses will stop
their bridge game long enough to find a room
for Crissy to have her baby!

My mom multitasking on mother's day.

My new hobby. When I really start to go
crazy I always resort to a new hobby. This time it is
sewing!! I picked these up at a thrift store and with any luck I will
be wearing a new dress by the end of this week.

대한민국 보고싶어요!! I miss Korea! Korea the last week..(long post sorry)

I miss Korea. The last few weeks went by really fast.
We said our goodbyes and also traveled around the country
with my second oldest sister Jenn and her boyfriend Scott as well
as Yong Mun, Boo's brother. Almost everything went smooth in Korea.
When we got to America in the San Fransisco we got
stranded at the airport because of our dog. Thanks to Jenn's
friend Tasha we did not have to sleep overnight at the airport.
We ended up driving home from San Fransisco. It was a little scary,
I had to drive the whole way and I hadn't driven in almost two years.
But now we are in St. George recovering nicely.

So starting with the most recent pictures...

The Californian country side.
One perk of being stranded in San Francisco and
driving to St. George.

Charlie attacking Juny Ju

Tasha, Jenn's friend from high school came to our
rescue and let us stay at her house in San Francisco.
It was a big deal considering the last time I saw her was around
12 years ago. And on top of that I brought my dog, my husband and all of
our belongings.

Juny in the Korean airport with Eun Yong.

Preparing for the 10 hour flight.

Yummy Korean food in Seoul

Boo in Seoul

The river walkway

Saying goodbye to Steve

And Betty

My mother-in-law, our Auntie and Boo's cousin
My sister Jenn, Boo and I at Boo's old house.

My dreams of buying his old house and fixing it
up to retire in have come to an end. Not only did the
roof cave in but they are going to tare it down and
make the road wider.

The tombs in Gyoung Ju

Visting Boo's dads grave one last time.

A dog we met along our travels.

Our Boss and one of her new teachers

The "Stick of love" some of the Korean teachers
used. At times I wanted to use it but I never did.

I am convinced that one of my students wrote this.
I walked past it every day wondering which of them
it was and wondering if I should teach my
students how to spell it correctly.
My class of High Schoolers. By far my hardest class to teach.
But in the end I think they learned something from me......
Maybe...hopefully.

My favorite student Jiny. When he came he only
knew the word Nintendo. Now he is fluent in English.

Benny who hates English, but once brought a stray cat to our class.
He named the cat Be-Benny inspired by his English name.

Frankie. I loved this kid and hated him at the same time.
His favorite phrase was "캣 방귀" (Cat farted)

Tommy who brought his hamster to class
every time it rained.
Jollie and Holli

My all time favorite class. Teaching them never
felt like a job.
