My home work from Aunt Ha Ha

So before you judge me about taking videos
during Sunday school,
(if you were judging shame shame!)
let me explain.
Boo took it with his i-pod, Carly aka Ha Ha gave me
home work to post video of Ha Jyn crawling. I was messing
around with Boo's i-pod trying to figure out how to make it publish
videos and this is the one I was messing around with. It published and
now I know how to do it!
Also this was the first time Ha Jyn ever climbed a stair.
It is long, but I will have to figure out how to shorten videos one day.
So here Ha Ha this is for you!

Top 10 of 2010

2010 was hands down one of the best of my life!

1.Mostly because of this little squirmy!
She has brought so much joy, color and happiness to our
lives. Everyday we get excited to see what new
thing she will do next.

2.Also this year I got two new brother-in-laws.
They have been in the family for years,
but it was great to celebrate them being legally bound to our family
(poor souls!)
Walking Jenny down the asile would only ever
come second to the birth of my kid.
3. This year Ha Jyn has three new cousins!

Ha Rue in Australia

You Jin in South Korea
And Annika in New York
4. 2010 brought lots of visitors
Auntie Kelli
Uncle Destin
The Huffs/ Pierce's
Gramps and Granny J
Aunt Ha Ha
Jenny, Scott and Annika
5. We got to travel around and visit our dear family and friends.

New York for Jenn and Scott's wonderful wedding.
Road trip to Utah for Ja and Ha's wedding party

Several day trips to nearby cities in California
Colorado to visit Kelli's bunch
6. Boo officially has one semester left of
his grad program!
7. Boo's part time job at Yama sushi has been
a huge blessing to us this year. His boss is an incredible guy as
are the people he works with.
8. Our new apartment. Although it is not drama
free, it is mold free. It has been great to have space to breath and
most importantly, space for Ha Jyn.
9. Has to be a tie between sewing and running.
I love the sewing machine my family got me for my
birthday. Everything I have made so far is pretty lackluster.
By this time next year I am pretty sure I will be the
next Vera Wang......or at least be able to sew straight!
Although my run is only slightly faster than a group of power walking
house wive's, I have come to love running. It has been a great way for me to get
into a shape that does not look like it might roll away if you bump into it.
Now my shape is more like one of those baby clown toys that every time you punch it pops back up.
10. The rescue of the Chilean miners.
It makes the top ten because it was a pure miracle!
The whole event reminded me of a Book Of Mormon scripture.

Mormon 9:15

God really worked a miracle. So many things could have gone
wrong but they did not.
For the four people reading this I hope many
miracles happen for you in 2011.

Bon Voyage 2010. Thanks for being so
good to me!

A Very Merry Ha Jyn and Annika Christmas

We had a great Christmas this year.
Ha Jyn got to celebrate her first Christmas with
her partner in crime and cousin Annika.
One of my favorite Christmas gifts,
My Sarah Palin doll from Jenny!
I prefer her teapot outfit!
Every Christmas that Boo and I have been
married he has got me a stuffed animal.
Our first year a puppy because I wanted a dog so bad.
Our second year was a rain deer. Third was
our favorite Monterey animal and this year was
Charlie Brown. Because I love Charlie Brown during the
Holidays.
Annika has changed so much since I last saw her
during summer. On Christmas she whispered in my ear that
I am her favorite Aunt.
Annika Bananika has really amazing deep blue eyes.
Ha Jyn loves playing keep away with Annika.
Something tells me next time they get together Annika won't
appreciate that game as much!
We and half of the population of Monterey went to Point
Lobos the day after Christmas.
We happened to see an amazing sunset.
One happy Pony!

And one tired monster!

Jenn got them these fleece outfits.
They both looked way cute. We went to sears to
attempt to get their picture taken together with their outfits on.
But lets just say the photographer was scarier than any monster Ha Jyn or
Annika had ever seen. Needless to say the photo session was a bit
traumatic.
This time a last year I was about as big as
Ha Jyn and I put together. Life is SO much
better with outside of me!
Carmel Dog beach

For Christmas we spent the morning at my house
and than the evening at our friend's house.
Annika enjoying Christmas dinner.
Ha Jyn enjoying her boyfriend's bounce house.
We also dog sat our other friend's dog.
Lu Lu was such a good sport. She endured five days
of Juny.
Juny blocking my shot
Ha Jyn's new wheels
yummm

Ha Jyn loved Lu Lu.
Lu is a great dog with little kids.
She would sit in front of Ha Jyn and not freak out
when Ha Jyn pet her.

It was a great Christmas and we had a wonderful time with
Jenny, Scott and Annika. It is hard to believe that just last year
Ha Jyn and Annika were not here. What a difference a year makes!!
