Dog Beach and today's walk

On Saturday we went to the famous dog beach in
Carmel.
Juny loved it. It was beautiful. It was like a regular dog park,
only on a beach. Our favorite moment was when Juny stole a ball from
little kids playing catch.

Today Boo and I went for a long walk on the bike path
that goes along the beach. Boo got a used bike on Saturday
so he rode his bike out there earlier today, but wanted
me to see it.

Monterey!!

We haven't taken a lot of pictures
of Monterey yet because we have been so
busy getting settled and finding jobs.

We live really close to the Ocean, but about a 10
minute drive to a beach. Actually there may be one closer
we just have to do a little investigating.
But around here you don't see a lot of people in the water,
most people just walk on the beach or have parties on the beach.

It is nice because they allow dogs on a lot of the beaches around here.
Also you can easily see wild life.
So far we have seen Seals and Sea Otters.
But once we know our way around there are places
where you can see whales, dolphins and unique birds.

Summer of '09

We are now in Monterey. So far
it has been really cold, but we love it.

This summer was very fun, hard,
surprising etc.
Fun because we got to be around my family for
about two and a half months,
hard because it was impossible to find summer jobs,
and Surprising because.. well read on.

It is so sad how much Juny misses Casey.
Yesterday Boo said the name Casey and Juny
got all excited and started begging to
go outside, thinking that Casey was outside.
We felt so bad we took Juny to one of the local
dog beaches.

And now for the surprise!
So for our 2nd Wedding anniversary we went to
Las Vegas. And there we proved that not all that
happens in Vegas stays in Vegas!!
I am almost 12 weeks now. Last week before
we left we went to the Doctor and were able
to hear a heartbeat. So far I have not thrown up or
anything. I feel a little sick once and while, get leg cramps
now and than and eat a lot. Other than that it has been
an easy pregnancy thus far..Knock on wood.
So we will be needing all your help raise out little hoodlum!!
