The dreaded 27

For some reason I knew I would always dread turning 27.

I think it is because I use to have my life all figured out of what I would have done by 27.

Some happened, some didn't.

I never joined the peace core,

haven't gone back to school for my Master's... YET.

However on the flip side, things have happened that did not make it on the list.

I got married, moved to Korea, lived in California and now have a wonderful baby.

So three days into the dreaded 27 I am realizing it is not going to be so bad!

I plan on reinventing myself this year.

If Madonna, Oprah and every other powerful women can do it

why can't I?

Yup.

Because I got this from my sisters and parents..

Happy Seven Months to Baby Ha Jyn!

Ha Jyn's sixth month was a big one for her!

She traveled, she teethed, she ate solids, she grew

she graduated from UCLA......

August is the known for being the most overcast month

of the year.

Yesterday was a beautiful day, so we had to

celebrate by going to the dog beach.

I've been everywhere man. Crossed the desert's bare, man.

This last thursday our road trip came to a close.

We went from Monterey to Salt lake on the 1-80 through Nevada. ( Winner of Cat's

borring-est highway award)

After a few days in Northern Utah, we went to St. George for a day and than back home

with a pit stop in Bakersfield.

Ha Jyn did great! We were really worried because she usually

hates her car seat. She even had her first two teeth come in durring the

trip! So here are a couple hundred pictures of the trip!

Baby Annika takes center stage!

Here are some way cute pictures of my niece Annika Joan (not that I am biased or anything). We are having a family party this friday and I will finally get to meet her!! Annika, Mady (my other new American niece well about 15 months new..) and Ha Jyn are all going to wear matching outfits. My sisters and I HATED having to wear matching outfits when we were little and now we are passing on the tourment to our kids! So here's Annika durring her first fashion show.
