Gyong Ju, the city where Boo's sister lives is very famous. It has temples from over 15 centuries ago that have been preserved. It also has famous tombs of Kings. As you can see in one of the pictures, the huge mounds of earth are actually where the king and his family's tombs are. Korean graves always have mounds over them, most of them do not have headstones. The bigger the mound the richer the person. One of the temples in Gyong Ju called the Bulguksa Temple can be seen on the Korean penny. There are were a lot of Buddhist Monks around the temples so I even got to take my picture with one. I also wanted to show off to my dad the fish that I was able to catch.
