Yup that's right...... I declare war on...
my fat!!!!!!!!!
For some reason post-pregnancy stretch marks are not that enduring.
Neither are back boobs, front butts, thunder thighs, kanckles and double chins.
My family is in on it too, we are all going to fight!!!
One of my worst fears besides miniature horses and Sarah Palin is diabetes.
It runs on both sides of the family and well, it just sucks and I don't want it.
We are on week three and so far so good. Down three pounds so that makes me
1**lbs and I just need to lose 30 more to be at 1**.
I don't want this to be an overnight thing, I want it to be a lifestyle change.
I did not eat that unhealthy before, but I needed to do better.
My problem is vegetables. I love spinach, zucchini, avocado and eggplant, I am friends with carrots and celery,
I want to be friends with squash but every time I attempt to make it I burn it and the rest I would not call them enemies but they are not in my social circle.
Unfortunately I was best friends with some not so good foods durring pregnancy.
(are lemon donuts considered as fruit?)
But we are not talking anymore!
I actually like exercise! I love to run,
(by run I mean at a pace slightly faster than your grandma can walk) but I love doing it.
So I have a goal...
A half marathon!!
In Big Sur!!
In September!!
In September!!
The war is on suckers!!!!!!!!!!!!!
(by suckers I mean my 30lbs of fat not you =) )
