So Korean government thought that
it would be a goodidea to create a tiny village
where everyone is only aloud to speak English,
(Or Englishee) as pronounced in Korea. All the buildings
are modeled after different European cities. All the
employees have to speak English the entire time.
Needless to say it did not get anyone closer to becoming
more fluent in English.
